Shipping & Delivery

Orders Placed online for delivery are being dispatched as normal.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We ship to Australian and International addresses using Australia Post shipping charges. Once items are added to your shopping cart you will be able to use the shipping calculator to calculate according to your shipping address.

Shipping Overseas

We ship to over 25 countries world wide. You will  be charged for delivery at time of checkout. We do not add any administrative costs to international shipping in order to keep the costs to you as low as possible. Once you have proceeded through the checkout and lodged all your details, we will charge your credit card with the cost of delivery and then dispatch your order. International orders are sent using Australia Post and delivery times will vary between 3–10 days from dispatch of your order to major cities and metropolitan areas.  If an item arrives damaged, please send us images of the damage so we can refund the item, but not the postage costs.  We only offer refunds for damaged international products, not replacements.

If you would like a quote for international delivery before you place an order email us at and we will endeavour to find a cheaper alternative.

Delivery within Australia

We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia, and therefore, standard  Australia Post policies and procedures are followed.  Australia Post deliver during normal business hours. If you are not at home when the goods are delivered, they will send digital notifications* to advise of an attempted delivery, instead of leaving a paper card.

These notifications will let you know that we tried to deliver and the reason why it couldn’t be completed, and when your parcel is ready for collection at the post office or a nearby collection point. These will be sent via email, SMS or through the AusPost app. If you use the app, you’ll also get a one-off QR code specific to that parcel.

Simply show the notification, the QR code (for app users) and ID at the Post Office to collect your parcel. Your parcel will still be kept at the Post Office for 10 business days for you to collect, and we’ll send you a reminder on day 5 if your parcel hasn’t been collected.

Don’t worry if your family or friends aren’t MyPost customers, they’ll still get a paper card.

If at Checkout you give “Authority To Leave” your parcel if not at home, a signature is not required on delivery and your package will be left at a suitable place at your delivery address. If the Australia Post contract driver cannot identify a suitable place to leave your package and deems the goods will not be secure if left, your package will be delivered to the post office for collection and a card will be left.

Approximate Australia Post Delivery Times (not including in-house order processing)
Melbourne Metro & Suburbs: 1–2 days
NSW / ACT: 2 days
VIC / QLD / SA: 2–4 days
TAS / WA / NT: 4–6 days

Please note that delivery times are approximate from the day of dispatch of your order and some remote areas may experience longer delivery times according to the frequency that the delivery carrier visits your area. Our normal dispatch time must also be added to the delivery times shown.


If products are in stock they will normally be despatched within 24 hours of accepting your order and after despatch should arrive within 2 – 10 business days depending on your location, longer for International orders.

Regular Delivery
We send parcels within Australia using Australia Post and delivery will be attempted during normal business hours. In some cases a signature will be required upon delivery. If a signature can not be obtained then a calling card will be left in your mail box with instructions on which Australia Post outlet your package can be collected from.

Express Delivery

If you require urgent delivery, you may request for your order to be sent via Australia Post Express. When ordering online you will be able to click on the express post costing and it will be sent immediately.  You will automatically know what the cost of the express will be.

Courier Delivery

If you would like to have a courier delivery your items, then nominate the item in the postage calculator and there you will find the costs of having a courier deliver it to you.

Authority to leave

Please let us know in the comments section on checkout if you would like your parcel left on your property if you are not home. Tilly’s Timeless Treasures takes no responsibility if your parcel goes missing from your property or is damaged as a result of leaving it in an unsafe location. Please specify a safe place to leave the parcel that is protected from passers by and the weather.

Delivery outside Australia

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes outside Australia, therefore a residential or business address is required.

Customs and Duty Charges

International orders may be subject to local tax, charges and customs duties. Any such costs and associated fees, if applicable, will be charged once the goods reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the goods. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be.

We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.

If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned and we cannot be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
