Please take a few minutes to review our terms and conditions. Your continued use of tillystimelesstreaures.com.au Web site constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and be bound by them.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Products and prices may be changed at any time without notice.

Colours

We have endeavoured to display the colours of products as accurately as possible. However, colours change according to the monitor being used, and therefore we cannot guarantee that the colours will be exactly what you see on your monitor.

Delivery

The product will be delivered using common postage and courier service companies (e.g. Australia Post). These organisations always leave a calling card, and may attempt to redeliver.  However, if the product is not collected by a certain time frame they will return the product to us.  In this case, the postage will need to be paid again.

Returns

Goods may only be returned or exchanged if they are faulty or damaged and unused.  In such cases, Tilly’s Timeless Treasures must be notified by email within 3 days after delivery.  The email will need to include photographs of the product.  We will then contact you for further information if required and to confirm the replacement. There are no cash refunds.

Faulty or damaged items may need to be returned, in which case, original packaging will need to be used.  Prior to returning an item, please contact us for further instructions. Please note returned items must be well packed for the return journey or they may be considered to have been damaged on the return and therefore, will not replaced.

Privacy

Tilly’s Timeless Treasures is committed to the privacy of customer information.  We will not disclose your personal details or your sales history to an unrelated company without first requesting your consent, unless such disclosure is required by law. We believe that your information should be kept private.

Security

Tilly’s Timeless Treasures has created a secure transaction environment for transmission of credit card details.  For the online purchasing, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt all credit card transactions.  Any credit card details you provide are automatically passed through to our bank for online validation.  Our online payment gateway does not store your banking and credit card details. We therefore have no ability to view your banking details.

Payment Security

We use EWAY’s secure online payment system.

We may, from time to time change, amend or vary the information, products and services contained on this website without notice.
